IPEC Interprofessional Leadership Development Program (ILDP)Leading Change. Advancing Collaborative Practice. The IPEC Interprofessional Leadership Development Program (ILDP) is a three-day, interactive leadership development experience designed for current and emerging leaders advancing interprofessional education for collaborative practice (IPECP). With a focus on leading in an interprofessional environment, the ILDP supports participants in developing the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to champion IPE initiatives within their institutions and organizations. Since 2017, the ILDP has engaged nearly 150 faculty, administrators, and health professions education leaders committed to advancing interprofessional education and collaborative practice. Facilitated by the Academy for Advancing Leadership (AAL), the ILDP brings together leaders responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing interprofessional education initiatives, as well as those advancing IPECP within clinical education, residency, and fellowship programs. Through interactive learning, peer exchange, and engagement with national leaders, the ILDP addresses evolving challenges and opportunities in interprofessional education and collaborative practice. Participants explore strategies for advancing IPECP, share institutional experiences, and build lasting connections within the interprofessional community. Who ParticipatesThe ILDP is designed for:
