About the February 2026 IPEC Symposium

Join us online this winter!

Get ready for IPEC’s second virtual Symposium on February 25, 2026—a dynamic, one-day event themed Integrating the IPEC Competencies: Fostering Innovation Through Interprofessional Collaboration.

This one-day, interactive event will spotlight how interprofessional education for collaborative practice (IPECP) and competency-based education (CBE) can work hand in hand to prepare learners for real-world, team-based care. Participants will engage with national experts and colleagues to explore innovative strategies for embedding IPEC competencies across curricula, assessment, and faculty development.

Through presentations and peer exchange, participants will gain practical tools to enhance the design, delivery, and evaluation of competency-driven IPE programs that align with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

Audience

  • Leaders, directors, and program coordinators responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of campus-wide IPE initiatives
  • Institutional leaders responsible for overseeing the school’s/program’s academic programs and policies, including curriculum design and management
