In this interactive breakout session, participants will explore competency-based learner assessments in the context of IPECP. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with assessment tools that can be used to evaluate IPECP initiatives, focusing on how these tools can measure collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills essential for effective practice.

The session will include:
- Walk-through of assessment tools: Review tools to assess IPE skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Group deliberation and design: Collaborate on selecting and developing a draft assessment tool for IPECP projects.
- Pros and cons discussion: Analyze the strengths and challenges of each tool, focusing on feasibility, reliability, and alignment with program goals.
